Had a great service today at the Church of the Sunday Long Run. Ran 7 through the trails at the school followed by 8 on the way home. Ran with Pierce for the first 8. 7:03 average pace for 15.11.

How'd your fresh foam's feel? I'm afraid to get any real mileage with my Zante's.

They felt really good but they're more shoe than the zantes. I'm thinking of getting either zantes or boston boosts in the summer.

I like my LT's for 400's and 800's, but for longer speed I like the Zantes a lot. The midsole is hard which feels pretty weird though.
