Warmed up 2 miles. Workout was 1x1200m w/4:30 rest, 2x800 w/3:30 rest, 4x400m w/2:30 rest. 1200 was 3:29, 800s were both 2:14, and 400s were 66, 65, 67, 64. The pacing on the 1200 and 800s felt very manageable (for this weekend). Cooled down 2.25 to get to 7.
