Warmed up for 2.5. Workout was 6x800 w/400m jog rest (2:23, 2:24, 2:24, 2:26, 2:27, 2:23). I woke up in the morning with a sore throat and was a little tired all day. After the 800s I did 8 100m strides and cooled down for 2 miles.
