am: 4 miles out and back
pm: First day of track practice: 2 miles of warmup, 8x400 w/2:30 rest (65, 67, 67, 66, 65, 66, 65, 64). I felt good and the times weren't that bad considering it was brutally windy (and has been the last two weeks). I felt ready to go after about 1 minute of rest so I think I'm in good aerobic condition. Cooled down for 2 miles.
