First run back after a weeklong break in Boulder with my boys! Run was a lonely 6 miles on shunga. I started off easy and my knees felt good after a few miles. I ended up with a 6:51 average pace so not too bad.
8 miles by myself starting at gov mansion. Ran the big loop twice and then hit up the neighborhood and gage park. 7:01 pace.
7 miles with Rex at shunga. Pumped to see what he'll do next year.
9 miles at gov mansion. Ran first 3 with JK and then the next one with Ty. Finished off last 5 through gage park.
7 miles with Rex, Llama, and Highlighter around sherwood. It was nice and toasty
6 mile easy
