Regionals today. In KS our state qualifiers are those who get top 4 places at each regional. In the 1600 I got third with a 4:30 and in the 3200 I got 2nd in 9:48. The plan wasn't to win but to qualify with easier efforts. S/0 to all of our qualifiers! I'm pumped for state next week!
